We act for owners of small and larger businesses and vendors and purchasers of businesses.  The scope of work includes:

• Sale and purchase of businesses
• Real and commercial leases
• Liaising with other professionals including accountants, financial advisers, mortgage brokers, financiers, tax advisers and building inspectors in connection wiht the operation or tranfer of businesses.
• Acting for businesses operating under franchise agreements
