Mediation - an alternative to court proceedings

If you are in dispute with another party, we can help you resolve the matter quickly and cost effectively so that you can move on with your life.   Our first step is always to negotiate with the other party.  If negotiations fail, we usually recommend taking the matter to mediation.   Essentially, mediation involves a conference with the opposing party.  In our experience, most disputes can be resolved at mediation - an 'out of court' settlement is achieved and the financial and emotional stress of court proceedings can be avoided.

If your legal problem is outside our field of expertise, we can usually refer you to other law firms often recognised as leaders in a particular area.  Of course, there is no fee for a simple enquiry.
